Self-Adhesive Label for Printer Avery L4718-20

The Avery L4718-20 self-adhesive printer label is a white, printable label sheet format suited for laser and inkjet printers. Each A4 sheet contains 24 individual labels sized 7 cm x 3.7 cm, and the pack includes 20 sheets for a total of 480 labels. The labels are PVC-free and designed for straightforward feeding through office printers to produce consistent, legible results for address, product, file or general identification needs.

Advantages

These self-adhesive labels offer uniform size and spacing for reliable automated or manual printing. The PVC-free substrate reduces environmental impact compared with traditional PVC labels while maintaining good print quality for both laser and inkjet outputs. The sheets are compatible with common A4 printers and provide a practical balance between label size and the number of labels per sheet, enabling efficient use for bulk labeling tasks.

How to use

Design your label layout using compatible template software or Avery templates that match the 24-label A4 layout. Load the A4 sheet into the printer according to the manufacturer's feed instructions, ensuring the printable side is oriented correctly. Print at standard print settings for best legibility, allow ink to dry if using inkjet, and separate labels from the backing when ready to apply. Apply labels to clean, dry surfaces for optimal adhesion.

Recommendations

For consistent printing results, test a single sheet first to verify alignment and print settings. Store unused sheets flat in a cool, dry place to preserve adhesive performance. Avoid applying labels to dusty, wet, or highly textured surfaces to maintain adhesion and readability.
