ShiverPeaks BS74041-1W TAE Socket

The ShiverPeaks BS74041-1W socket outlet is made for TAE plugs (TAE-F, TAE-N) and provides a reliable connection point for telecommunication devices. Housed in a white metal casing, the outlet combines mechanical durability with a neutral appearance suitable for different interior styles. The product is supplied as a single unit and is intended for fixed installation with screw fastening.

Advantages

The metal housing offers improved impact resistance and a longer service life compared with many plastic alternatives, while the white finish keeps the appearance discreet. The design supports both common TAE plug types (TAE-F and TAE-N), enabling compatibility with a wide range of telephony equipment. Screw mounting ensures a secure and stable installation in wall boxes or mounting panels.

Recommendations

Use the socket outlet in dry indoor environments and follow local electrical and telecommunication installation regulations. When replacing an existing outlet, verify wiring polarity and terminal assignments for TAE-F and TAE-N connections. For installations in high-traffic or exposed locations, consider checking mounting screws periodically to maintain a secure fit.
