C.K Premium Quality Cable Cutters (Diagonal pliers C.K Tools T3963) are drop-forged from high-alloy steel and measure 210 mm in length. These diagonal pliers combine a durable forged construction with razor-sharp, induction-hardened cutting edges and specially profiled blades designed to cut and strip a range of cables including aluminium, copper and plastic-sheathed cables up to 11 mm diameter. The pliers feature a comfortable red handle that provides grip and leverage for precise cutting.

Advantages

The drop-forged high-alloy steel body delivers long-term durability while the induction-hardened, razor-sharp cutting edges maintain cutting performance over time. Specially profiled blades allow both cutting and stripping of various cable types. The 210 mm length and ergonomically shaped red handles improve control and leverage for accurate cuts.

How to use

Position the cable between the cutting edges at the required point and apply steady pressure on the handles until the cable is cut. For stripping, use the specially profiled part of the blades to score and remove the outer sheath without damaging the conductor; adjust hand pressure as needed. Maintain a firm grip on the handles and keep fingers clear of the cutting zone during use.

Recommendations

Keep the cutting edges clean and lightly lubricated to preserve the induction-hardened finish. Inspect the pliers before use for damage or wear. Do not use the pliers on live electrical circuits and avoid cutting hardened steel or materials beyond the specified 11 mm cable diameter to prevent damage.
