Siku 1791 Model Making Finished Model 1:87

The Siku 52.001.791 road train model is a die-cast scale replica designed for collectors and hobbyists. Constructed primarily from durable metal with painted multicolour detailing and red accents, the model reproduces the external appearance and proportions of a road train. Its compact scale and precise exterior features make it suitable for display in a collection or for imaginative play that requires realistic vehicle models.

Advantages

The metal construction provides long-lasting durability while painted details and accurate shaping deliver a convincing visual likeness to full-size vehicles. The assembled combination of tractor unit and trailer offers articulated movement at the coupling points, allowing realistic positioning. The model's finish resists minor wear from handling and display, and its scale dimensions ensure compatibility with other similarly sized models and display layouts.

Suitable for

• Collectors seeking durable die-cast vehicle models
• Model enthusiasts building display layouts
• Children and adults engaging in imaginative play with realistic vehicles
• Photography or diorama projects requiring a scaled road train

Key specifications

• Material: predominantly metal die-cast with painted accents
• Design: multicolour finish with red highlights
• Configuration: tractor unit plus trailer with articulated coupling
• Intended use: display model and play; collectible scale replica
• Build quality: detailed exterior features and sturdy construction

How to use

Place the Siku road train model on a flat surface or display shelf to present it among other scale vehicles. The articulated coupling allows the tractor and trailer to be adjusted to achieve different poses or to fit layout constraints. For play, move the model gently to avoid stressing the coupling or painted surfaces. Use soft handling and avoid dropping the model to maintain its finish and alignment.

Recommendations

For preservation of paint and moving parts, keep the model away from prolonged direct sunlight and excessive humidity. Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth; avoid solvents or abrasive cleaners. Store in a dust-free environment or original packaging when not on display. Supervise young children during play to prevent rough handling that could damage small components.
