Switching Actuator ALLNET ALL4460

The ALLNET ALL4460 switching actuator is a compact module for centralized control of electrical loads. Housed in a black aluminum case, the unit is built for durability and discreet integration into switch cabinets, control panels or smart home installations. It provides reliable on/off switching functions for lighting circuits and other compatible devices, designed to work with automation systems that require a robust actuator with clear physical characteristics.

Advantages

The aluminum housing offers mechanical strength and improved heat dissipation while maintaining a minimal footprint. The actuator supports stable switching operations and is engineered for straightforward installation and maintenance. Its neutral black finish fits into professional and residential environments without visual disruption, and the unit is suitable for continuous use in automated control scenarios.

Suitable for

• Centralized lighting control in residential and commercial buildings
• Integration into smart home and building automation systems
• Switching resistive and inductive loads that match the actuator's rated parameters
• Installation in switch cabinets, control panels, or DIN-rail style setups where compact actuators are required

Key specifications

• Enclosure material: aluminum with black finish for improved thermal and mechanical properties
• Function: on/off switching actuator for electrical loads
• Form factor: compact module suitable for confined mounting locations
• Designed for integration with building automation and smart home control equipment
• Intended for fixed installation in electrical distribution or control cabinets

How to use

Mount the actuator in the intended enclosure following local electrical codes and the installation requirements of the control system. Connect supply and load conductors to the designated terminals, ensure correct polarity and secure wiring to prevent loosening. Integrate the device with the automation controller or wiring scheme, then configure the control signals according to the system protocol. Verify switching operation under no-load conditions first, then test with the intended loads while monitoring temperature and connection stability.

Recommendations

Install and commission the actuator only by qualified personnel. Verify that connected loads do not exceed the actuator's rated electrical parameters and allow adequate ventilation around the aluminum housing to ensure reliable thermal performance during continuous operation.
