The TECHNISAT Straight cable tray SATMAN 850+ is a rigid cable management channel designed to organize and protect signal and power cables along walls, ceilings or inside equipment rooms. With an internal width of 85 mm and a length of 830 mm, the grey-finish tray offers space for multiple cables while maintaining a compact profile. The product is intended to provide a tidy routing path for coaxial, Ethernet and low-voltage power leads in residential and light commercial installations.

How to use

Measure and mark the mounting positions along the desired run, ensuring appropriate spacing and support for the length of the tray. Fix the tray to the wall or surface using suitable fasteners for the substrate, taking care to align adjacent trays or accessories if extending the run. Lay cables into the tray without exceeding recommended fill capacity, maintaining gentle bends and avoiding sharp kinks. If required, secure cable bundles with Velcro straps or cable ties placed at intervals to prevent sagging and movement.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, keep signal and power cables separated where possible and avoid overfilling the tray. Use compatible covers or accessories if additional mechanical protection or dust prevention is needed. Select wall anchors and screws appropriate to the mounting surface to ensure a secure installation.
