Textile Printer xTool Ready2Use with Integrated Oven – Fabric Printer Kit

xTool Ready2Use with Integrated Oven — fabric printer kit is a compact textile printing solution that combines a direct-to-fabric printer and a built-in oven for post-print curing. Designed to streamline small-scale production, this kit supports printing on a range of textile materials and enables immediate heat treatment without separate equipment. The integrated workflow reduces handling between print and cure stages and saves workspace compared with separate devices.

Advantages

The kit integrates printing and curing in a single unit to shorten turnaround time and simplify the post-print process. It is sized for small businesses, workshops and hobby environments, offering a smaller footprint than separate printer and oven setups. The design supports direct-to-fabric workflows, enabling precise placement of graphics and consistent curing conditions thanks to the built-in heat chamber.

Suitable for

• Small print shops producing custom apparel and textile items
• Workshops and makerspaces performing short runs and prototypes
• Hobbyists and designers testing fabric designs and samples
• On-demand production of printed textiles requiring integrated curing

Key specifications

• Combined device: textile printer with integrated oven for post-print curing
• Designed for direct-to-fabric printing workflows
• Compact footprint suitable for small workspaces
• Supports a variety of textile substrates commonly used for apparel and soft signage
• Built-in heat chamber to provide consistent thermal curing after printing

How to use

Load the textile material onto the printer bed and align your design using the printer software. Print the graphic using the recommended fabric settings for ink and substrate. After printing, transfer the printed textile into the integrated oven chamber and select the appropriate temperature and dwell time for the ink and fabric type. Once the curing cycle finishes, allow the textile to cool before handling or further processing.

Recommendations

Use manufacturer-recommended inks and fabric preparations to ensure adhesion and colorfastness. Test print and cure parameters on sample swatches when changing fabric types or ink formulations. Maintain regular cleaning and calibration of the printhead and oven components to keep print quality and curing consistency.
