Tivento Flex 3/8 inch copper pipe, 25 m roll

Flexible copper pipe Tivento Flex with a 3/8 inch diameter supplied as a 25 m roll. Designed for fluid and refrigerant lines in HVAC, plumbing and refrigeration systems, this copper tubing combines corrosion resistance and thermal/electrical conductivity with the flexibility needed for installations in confined or irregular spaces. The continuous coil format simplifies transport and storage while allowing measured cutting on site for custom runs.

Advantages

Tivento Flex copper pipe offers high corrosion resistance and stable conductivity, which helps maintain system performance over time. Its bendable construction reduces the need for additional fittings in many routing situations, speeding up installation and lowering potential leak points. The 25 m roll provides a practical balance between coverage and handling, minimizing joints in longer runs. Manufactured to provide consistent wall thickness and diameter, the product supports reliable connections with common HVAC and refrigeration fittings.

Suitable for

• Refrigerant lines in air conditioning and refrigeration systems
• Cold and hot water supply runs in plumbing applications
• HVAC installations and retrofits where flexible routing is required
• Repair and maintenance work in residential and commercial buildings

Key specifications

• Material: copper suitable for fluid and refrigerant transport
• Nominal diameter: 3/8 inch (outer diameter specification for tube fittings)
• Length: 25 meters per roll
• Form: flexible coil for bending around obstacles
• Typical properties: corrosion resistance and good thermal/electrical conductivity

How to use

Measure and mark the required length, then cut the copper pipe using a suitable tube cutter to ensure a clean, square cut. Deburr the inner and outer edges before making connections to fittings or brazing joints. When bending, use appropriate tools or bending springs to maintain consistent curvature and avoid kinking. Secure the pipe with clamps or supports at recommended intervals to prevent movement and vibration. Follow applicable local regulations and manufacturer instructions for joining methods (compression fittings, flare connections or brazing) and for pressure and temperature limits.

Recommendations

For best results, store the roll in a dry, covered area to prevent surface contamination. When used for refrigerant lines, ensure proper insulation is applied to reduce thermal losses and prevent condensation. Verify compatibility of fittings and solder/braze materials with copper tubing and follow safety guidelines for brazing or soldering work.
