Torque Wrench HAZET 5107-3CT

The HAZET 5107-3CT is a mechanical click torque wrench with a reversible ratchet and a 1/4" square drive. With a total length of 234 mm, an audible and palpable click indicates when the set torque is reached. The tool is designed for workshop use and comes with a calibration certificate and serial number. The scale is laser-marked for permanent readability and the rotary assembly has a triangular shape to prevent uncontrolled rolling. It is supplied in a sturdy Hexa plastic case and conforms to relevant standards for torque tools.

Advantages

The torque wrench features a user-friendly reversible ratchet and optimised sealing to protect internal parts from debris. A ratchet repair set allows customer self-assembly and extends service life. The handle includes slip protection for improved grip and easier power transmission, while detent points on the adjustment aid provide clear guidance when setting torque. Settings are locked by a latching function on the rotary assembly and lock symbols indicate locking status. Integrated shift lever variants include a free-running function to reduce the risk of injury and malfunction. The product is tested in accordance with DIN EN ISO 6789-2:2017 and delivered with calibration documentation.

Suitable for

• Tyre service and tyre pressure control systems
• Bicycle maintenance and assembly
• Passenger car and light commercial vehicle repairs
• General trade and industrial applications requiring controlled screw tightening

Key specifications

• Total length: 234 mm
• Drive output: 1/4" (6.3 mm) square, solid
• Accuracy: ±3% of scale value in direction of actuation (release accuracy tolerance indicated separately)
• Audible and palpable torque release (click and close-gap release)
• Laser-marked scale for permanent readability
• Triangular rotary assembly to prevent rolling
• Optimised sealing ring for contamination protection
• Delivered with calibration certificate and serial number

How to use

Select the required torque value using the rotary adjustment with detent points, then lock the setting using the latching function on the rotary assembly. Attach suitable sockets to the 1/4" square drive and apply steady force until an audible click and palpable release indicate that the preset torque has been reached. Use the integrated shift lever to change ratchet direction; models with a free-running function allow safer operation during fast engagement. Store the wrench in the supplied Hexa case and observe the calibration certificate and maintenance instructions for continued accuracy.

Recommendations

For reliable results, use clean sockets and avoid sudden impulse loads. Periodically check calibration according to the documented intervals and replace worn sealing elements or assemble the ratchet repair set as needed to maintain safe, long-term operation.
