USB ColorFlex clips MicroConnect MC-SR-B-USB – flexible design, durable material

MicroConnect ColorFlex Clips MC-SR-B-USB are small, flexible USB accessory clips made to secure and organize USB cables. The design focuses on minimizing cable strain at connection points and preventing sharp bends that can shorten cable life. These clips are produced from a durable material that withstands repeated bending and handling while maintaining a compact profile suitable for home, office, and mobile setups.

Advantages

ColorFlex Clips feature a pliable construction that adapts to different cable thicknesses and shapes, providing gentle but firm cable retention without damaging insulation. The durable material ensures long-term use and resistance to wear from daily handling. Their compact size and simple attachment method allow quick repositioning and minimal visual impact on workspaces. The clips contribute to improved cable routing and reduced mechanical stress at connector ends.

Suitable for

• Organizing USB-A, USB-C or micro-USB charging and data cables at desks and workstations
• Reducing strain on cable connectors for frequently connected devices such as phones, tablets and external drives
• Managing cables in laptops, travel bags or vehicle interiors to prevent tangling
• Neat cable routing in home entertainment setups and small office environments

Key specifications

• Flexible clip design adaptable to various cable diameters
• Durable, wear-resistant material formulated for repeated bending
• Compact form factor for low visual profile on desks and devices
• Simple attachment method — quick repositioning without tools
• Suitable for power and data USB cables used in everyday devices

How to use

Slide a ColorFlex Clip onto the USB cable near the connector or along the length where support is needed, then position the clip to prevent sharp bends or excessive movement at the connector. For routing, place multiple clips at intervals to guide the cable along a desk edge or behind equipment. The clips can be moved as needed to accommodate different cable layouts or device locations.

Recommendations

Place the clip close to the connector for maximum strain relief and avoid forcing the clip onto cables that exceed the intended diameter. Clean surfaces and cable jackets periodically to prevent dirt accumulation where the clip grips. For heavy-duty cables or environments with high mechanical stress, consider using multiple clips spaced along the cable.
