How to use

Place food inside the bag with enough headspace at the open end for sealing. Use a compatible Solis vacuum sealer according to the sealer’s instructions: position the bag opening across the sealer’s sealing strip, start the vacuum cycle to remove air, and activate the sealing step to close the bag. For sous vide, ensure the bag is properly sealed and free of air pockets before immersion. Label bags with contents and date before storing.

Recommendations

For best results, remove excess liquid or use a liquid tray when vacuum-packing high-moisture foods. Avoid sharp bones or edges that could puncture the bag. Do not reuse bags previously used with raw meats without thorough cleaning or replacing. Follow the vacuum sealer manufacturer’s guidelines for temperature limits when using bags for sous vide cooking.
