VALUE 26.99.0299 blanking panel

The VALUE 26.99.0299 blank panel is a black metal filler panel for 19" racks, 48.3 cm wide and designed to occupy unused rack units. Constructed from durable metal, the panel provides a neat, uniform appearance for cabinet interiors while helping to manage airflow and prevent dust from entering open spaces. The single-panel pack contains one lightweight unit that mounts into standard 19" rack rails to cover empty slots and create a cleaner equipment layout.

Advantages

This blank panel is made of robust metal for long-term stability and resistance to deformation. Its precise width fits standard 19" racks and the slim profile maintains available depth inside the cabinet. The black finish contributes to a consistent visual appearance and reduces light reflection inside the rack. Lightweight construction simplifies handling and installation while keeping additional load on shelves and rails minimal.

Suitable for

• Filling empty units in 19" server and network racks
• Improving airflow management and directing cooling within cabinets
• Maintaining a tidy and professional rack appearance in data centers and server rooms
• Preventing dust and debris from accumulating inside unused rack spaces

How to use

Ensure the panel sits flush with adjacent equipment to maintain a continuous front surface. For airflow optimization, install blank panels in locations that block unused openings and complement existing vented units or blanking strategies.

Recommendations

Install panels in continuous vertical or horizontal groups where possible to guide hot airflow toward designated exhaust paths. Inspect mounting hardware for compatibility with the rack type before installation and avoid overtightening fasteners to prevent bending the panel. Clean the surface periodically with a dry or slightly damp cloth to remove dust.
