How to use

Place the bench on a flat, non-slip surface and set the height and backrest angle according to the exercise and your body size. For pressing movements, position your feet firmly on the floor and maintain a neutral spine while using controlled motion. For rows or single-arm pulls, ensure the bench provides stable support for your torso and adjust height so your working arm moves through the correct range of motion. For core exercises, use the bench surface to support the hips or upper back as required, keeping attention on controlled breathing and movement quality.

Recommendations

Regularly inspect the bench for secure fastenings and wear in padding or frame components. Use the adjustable settings within the manufacturer's recommended range and avoid sudden impacts or excessive lateral loads. Combine the bench with appropriate free weights and a safe training routine to achieve balanced strength development in a compact home or small-gym environment.
