VivoLink VLHDMIEXT3-T HDMI AV Extender

VivoLink VLHDMIEXT3-T is a transmitter unit for extending HDMI audio/video and IR control signals over a single network cable. Designed to work with the VLHDMIEXT3-R receiver, the transmitter supports Full HD video at up to 1080P@60 Hz and can carry AV and IR signals up to 150 meters via Cat 6 cable. It is intended for installations such as private homes, shops, offices or any location requiring HDMI extension and remote IR control. This product is not compatible with HDBaseT receivers.

Advantages

How to use

Connect the HDMI source to the transmitter HDMI input and connect the transmitter to the receiver using a Cat 6 cable up to 150 m. Power the transmitter either via PoE from a compatible network switch or with the provided USB-C to A cable. If multiple displays are required, connect a Gigabit switch between the transmitter and receivers; the transmitter will distribute the signal to connected VLHDMIEXT3-R receivers. Ensure the receiver units are compatible VLHDMIEXT3-R models and note that the system is not compatible with HDBaseT devices.

Recommendations

For best performance use high-quality Cat 6 cable and a Gigabit switch when splitting the signal to multiple receivers. Place IR transmitter and receiver in clear line of sight for reliable remote control operation.
