Walther Design HO440C single picture frame

The Walther Design HO440C single picture frame is a wooden frame designed to display a single 445 mm × 445 mm photograph or print in a square format. Constructed from high-quality wood with a natural finish, the frame has a visible depth of 14 mm and a minimalist profile that complements both contemporary and traditional interiors. The frame presents photos with a narrow border that emphasizes the image while preserving a low visual profile on walls or tabletops.

Advantages

The wooden construction provides dimensional stability and a natural texture that integrates easily with wood furniture and neutral palettes. The 14 mm depth creates a slim but sturdy profile, suitable for wall mounting or shelf display. The neutral, natural wood finish reduces color clashes and allows the framed image to remain the focal point. The square 445 mm size fits standard square prints and artwork, enabling straightforward framing without extensive trimming.

Suitable for

• Displaying a single square photograph, print or artwork (approximately 445 mm × 445 mm)
• Home living rooms, bedrooms and hallway galleries
• Office reception areas and meeting rooms
• Retail product displays and small exhibition layouts

Key specifications

• Material: wood with natural finish
• Outer dimensions: 445 mm (width) × 445 mm (height)
• Depth (visible frame thickness): 14 mm
• Format: square, single-photo frame
• Mounting options: suitable for wall mounting and tabletop display (hardware dependent)

How to use

Remove the backing and any protective film from the glazing, place the photograph or print centered within the frame opening, and secure the backing panel. If the frame includes hanging hardware, position it on a properly anchored wall hook or nail at the required height; for tabletop use, rest the frame on a stable surface. Handle the glazing and image with clean hands or gloves to avoid fingerprints; if supplied, retain any protective spacers or seals to prevent direct contact between the image and glazing.

Recommendations

For long-term display, avoid direct sunlight and high humidity to reduce fading and wood movement. Clean the wooden frame with a soft, dry cloth and clean the glazing with a non-ammonia glass cleaner applied to a cloth rather than sprayed directly. Check wall fittings periodically to ensure the frame remains securely mounted.
