Wiha 41635 Screwdriver Bit Set 5 Pcs.

The Wiha 41635 screwdriver bit set contains five Torx T30 bits, each 50 mm long with a 1/4" (6.35 mm) hexagonal shank. Made in Germany, these bits are designed for reliable engagement with T-shaped screws and are suitable for precision and general fastening tasks. Wiha’s bit concept simplifies selection: only the screw shape determines the correct bit. The T-bit shape ensures a 90° angle between the screw head and thread for secure contact.

Advantages

Bits feature a patented torsion zone that makes them compatible with power tools and impact screwdrivers while providing up to 120× longer life compared to Wiha standard bits. A fluorescent coating with blue marking improves visibility and allows quick location of bits in low-light conditions using UV light, reducing losses and replacement costs. The hex shank ensures stable fit in standard bit holders and screwdrivers.

How to use

Select the T30 bit from the set and insert the 1/4" hex shank into a compatible bit holder, screwdriver, or power driver. Ensure the bit seats fully in the screw head before applying torque. For impact applications, the torsion zone absorbs peaks to reduce stress on the bit. After use, store bits in a holder or case to retain visibility and protect the fluorescent coating.

Recommendations

Use the T30 bits with the correct screw size and avoid excessive side loading. For prolonged service life, pair with suitable torque settings on power tools and replace bits if any wear or deformation is visible.
