Wireless remote switch set Renkforce 1208455, 30 m range, 2 pieces

The Wireless Remote Switch Set Renkforce 1208455 comprises two compact wireless switches designed to control electrical devices remotely within an approximate 30 m range. Each unit provides a straightforward on/off function that allows users to switch lamps, small appliances or DIY circuits without modifying existing wiring. The set is intended for simple installation and quick integration into domestic or workshop environments where remote operation is needed.

Advantages

The set includes two separate remote-controlled units, enabling control of multiple devices or two-stage switching from a single location. The wireless design removes the need for additional cabling and simplifies retrofitting in existing rooms. The 30 m nominal range provides flexibility in typical home layouts, and the compact housings allow placement on shelves, behind furniture or inside project enclosures with minimal space impact.

Suitable for

• Remote on/off operation of lamps and lighting fixtures
• Controlling small household appliances such as fans or radios
• DIY electronics and hobby projects requiring simple switching
• Workshops and hobby rooms where access to power switches is limited

Key specifications

• Operating principle: wireless remote on/off switching
• Range: up to 30 meters in open space (actual range depends on installation and obstacles)
• Pieces in set: 2 switch units
• Mounting: surface-mountable compact housing suitable for visible or concealed placement
• Control type: manual remote control interface for simple toggle operation

How to use

Install the switch units near the devices to be controlled and connect them according to the local electrical regulations and the device power requirements. Pair or synchronize the remote transmitter with each switch following the supplied procedure so that pressing the remote toggles the output state. Verify correct operation by testing on/off toggling at varying distances and through typical room obstacles to confirm reliable communication.

Recommendations

Place the units in locations with minimal metallic obstructions and avoid large masonry barriers to maximize effective range. Ensure the connected devices do not exceed the switch’s rated load and follow safety guidelines for wiring and grounding when integrating the switches into electrical circuits.
