Why choose it

Using a genuine Xerox scanner unit ensures that your WorkCentre 6605 continues to produce scans that meet the same quality standards as when the printer was new. Third-party or refurbished components may introduce alignment issues, colour shifts, or premature failure, leading to costly downtime. This unit is built to the exact tolerances of the original part, so your office can keep digitising documents without interruption.

Ideal use cases

• Replacing a failed or worn scanner unit in a Xerox WorkCentre 6605
• Maintaining a fleet of WC 6605 printers in a corporate environment
• Restoring scanning capability after a hardware fault
• Extending the useful life of an otherwise functional multifunction printer
• Ensuring consistent scan quality for archival or compliance purposes

Good to know

This scanner unit is a single component and does not include the automatic document feeder or flatbed glass. Installation should be performed by a qualified technician or an experienced IT administrator to avoid damage to the printer. Always power off and unplug the device before beginning any internal service. The unit is packaged individually and protected against electrostatic discharge during shipping.
