XREAL One AR glasses – lightweight design, high resolution, model ONE

The XREAL One AR glasses are lightweight, head‑worn augmented reality eyewear designed to deliver high‑resolution overlays and immersive media viewing. Featuring the XREAL X1 processor, Sony 0.68" micro OLED display and a wide 50° field of view, the XREAL One combines low latency, high brightness and adjustable optics to support productivity, entertainment and spatial applications with comfortable everyday wear.

Advantages

The XREAL X1 chip provides ultra‑low latency (3 ms) and improved frame processing for smooth, responsive visuals. A Sony 0.68" micro OLED panel with 4 MP (1080p) resolution and up to 120 Hz refresh rate reduces flicker and motion ghosting while delivering clear, color‑accurate images. An ultra‑bright peak of 5000 nits, TÜV Rheinland certification, blue light filtering and UV protection support extended use with reduced visual strain. Integrated 3.0 surround sound, reverse sound field technology and stereo recording offer realistic audio. Physical adjustments such as IPD and multiple nose pad sizes enable a personalised fit.

Suitable for

• Mobile productivity and multitasking across apps
• Media consumption — movies and streaming with an ultra‑wide virtual screen
• Portable and desktop gaming, including console streaming
• Spatial and augmented reality applications for work and creativity

Use the single‑arm button panel to select display mode (clear, shade, theater), adjust brightness, change transparency and switch 2D/3D modes. Position and pin the virtual screen in space using the device controls or companion app where supported; the screen can be resized, anchored to the side or placed in an ultrawide curved view.

Recommendations

For comfortable extended use, set the IPD and nose pads for a stable optical alignment, lower display brightness in dark environments, and take regular breaks to minimize eye fatigue. Use the TÜV Rheinland certified settings and blue light filter when using the glasses for prolonged periods.
