Zebra 3002066 Printer Label White Self-Adhesive Printer Label

Label paper Zebra 76 x 76 mm 76x76mm sheets for thermal printers is a direct thermal label media designed for use with Zebra thermal printers that accept 76 × 76 mm sheets. These square labels are intended for printing shipping labels, price tags, product identification, and other small-format labels. The material and sheet format provide stable feeding and predictable print results with direct thermal printers when used according to printer specifications.

Advantages

The Zebra 76 x 76 mm label sheets offer consistent surface quality and edge alignment that help reduce label jams and misfeeds in compatible thermal printers. Using direct thermal media eliminates the need for ink or toner, simplifying supply management. The square 76 × 76 mm format is versatile for short information blocks, barcodes, and price markings, and the sheets are suitable for batch feeding or single-sheet printing depending on printer capability.

Key specifications

• Label format: square sheets 76 mm × 76 mm
• Printing method: direct thermal (thermal-sensitive face stock)
• Compatibility: designed for Zebra thermal printers that accept 76 × 76 mm sheets
• Typical uses: shipping labels, price tags, product identification

How to use

Load the 76 × 76 mm label sheets into the printer according to the printer manufacturer’s guidelines for sheet media. Select direct thermal media settings in the printer driver or control panel and adjust print darkness and speed as needed to obtain clear, legible text and barcodes. For best results, handle sheets by the edges to avoid contaminating the thermal coating and ensure correct alignment before printing. Allow freshly printed labels to rest briefly if high-density printing is used to avoid smudging on adjacent surfaces.

Recommendations

Store the label sheets in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources to preserve the thermal coating. Use within the manufacturer’s recommended shelf life for direct thermal media. Test print a sample before large runs to confirm print quality and barcode readability with your specific Zebra printer model and label application.
