B-Tech SYSTEM X Collar Mounting Bracket BT8390 Base

The B-Tech SYSTEM X Collar Mounting Bracket BT8390 is a steel mounting base designed to attach BT8390 horizontal mounting rails to B-Tech accessory collars. With a compact footprint of 140 mm width, 5 mm depth and 116 mm height, the bracket provides a stable interface for pole-mounted installations such as ceiling-mounted menu boards, video walls and other suspended display arrangements. Finished in black and supplied as a single unit, the bracket is intended for use where a robust connection between collar and rail is required.

Advantages

This 5 mm thick steel plate delivers high structural strength and is capable of supporting heavy loads in commercial display applications. Its tailored dimensions ensure compatibility with SYSTEM X horizontal rails and standard B-Tech accessory collars, simplifying integration into existing pole mounting systems. The black finish provides a discreet appearance suitable for visible installations, while the single-unit supply makes it suitable for both one-off and modular projects.

Suitable for

• Attaching BT8390 horizontal rails to B-Tech accessory collars
• Pole-mounted ceiling menu boards and signage
• Suspended video walls and multi-screen arrays
• Single-sided or back-to-back installations (use additional brackets for back-to-back)

How to use

Secure the bracket to a compatible B-Tech accessory collar and align the BT8390 horizontal mounting rail with the bracket mounting points. Fasten using appropriate hardware for the collar and rail combination, ensuring all fixings are tightened to the required torque. For back-to-back installations, fit an additional bracket on the opposing side and mount the second rail in the same manner. Verify alignment and load distribution before attaching displays or equipment.

Recommendations

Use this bracket as part of a complete SYSTEM X pole mounting assembly and select fixings rated for the intended load. For multi-screen or heavy equipment installations, confirm load capacities and, where necessary, use additional brackets or reinforcement to achieve secure mounting. Periodically inspect all mounting points and fastenings for signs of wear or loosening.
