Bosch 1 600 A00 2WS insert box set

The Bosch 1 600 A00 2WS inset box set is a compact storage solution made from durable polystyrene with a matte black finish. With external dimensions of 318 mm width, 61 mm depth and 203 mm height, the inset box set is intended to be integrated into workshop cabinets, workbenches or storage walls to keep tools and small accessories organised and easily accessible.

Advantages

The polystyrene construction provides a balance of light weight and impact resistance suitable for everyday workshop use. Its slim depth and moderate height allow installation in narrow spaces while maintaining a useful internal volume for hand tools, bits and small parts. The black design minimises visible dirt and fits with common tool storage systems. The set format ensures matching components and consistent stacking or mounting alignment.

Suitable for

• Storing hand tools, screwdriver bits and drill accessories
• Integration into modular workshop cabinets and workbenches
• Organising small parts such as screws, nuts and washers
• Use in home garages, professional workshops and service vans

How to use

Measure the intended installation opening to ensure the inset box set fits the available space. Mount the set according to the cabinet or furniture manufacturer's instructions, using appropriate fasteners for the mounting surface. Arrange tools and accessories inside the box to maintain balance and prevent overloading; use internal dividers or small containers if required to separate small parts. For mobile use, secure the box within the vehicle or storage system to prevent shifting during transport.

Recommendations

Keep the inset box clean and dry; avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or heat sources to prevent deformation. Clean with a mild detergent and soft cloth. Do not exceed the mechanical load limits of the mounting location—distribute weight evenly and check fastenings periodically.
