How to use

Install the wire brush on a compatible power tool following the tool manufacturer’s mounting and safety instructions. Before operation, secure the workpiece and ensure appropriate support. Operate the tool at recommended speeds; apply moderate, even pressure and move the brush across the surface to remove rust, paint or debris. Avoid excessive force that could deform bristles or damage the base material. After use, inspect the brush for wear and replace it if bristles are significantly worn or damaged.

Recommendations

Wear appropriate personal protective equipment including eye protection, gloves and respiratory protection when working with wire brushes. Work in a well-ventilated area and follow the safety guidance of both the power tool and brush manufacturer. Store the brush in a dry place away from corrosive chemicals to maintain bristle condition.
