DeLOCK 85124 cable gender changer

The DeLOCK 85124 cable gender changer is a compact RJ45 adapter designed to connect two network cables or devices with differing connector genders. It features two RJ-45 female ports with gold-plated contacts and a black housing. One female port can be fastened with two screws to a slot bracket, cable duct or enclosure opening to create an accessible RJ45 jack.

Advantages

The adapter provides a simple solution to convert connector gender without reterminating cables, maintaining signal integrity through gold-plated contacts. Its screw-mountable female port allows fixed installation in panels or enclosures, offering a tidy and accessible network connection point in patch panels, cabinets or custom housings.

Suitable for

• Extending or adapting network cable runs
• Panel or enclosure mounting of an RJ45 jack
• Temporary or permanent gender conversion between RJ45 cables
