Helos 7.5m 2xHDMI HDMI Cable

The Helos 7.5m HDMI cable features two HDMI Type A male connectors and a 7.5 metre length that enables flexible placement of displays, set-top boxes, game consoles and other HDMI-equipped devices. The cable is finished in black and is intended to transmit digital audio and video signals between compatible devices while preserving signal integrity across longer runs than typical short patch leads.

Advantages

This HDMI cable provides a single-cable solution for carrying both high-definition video and multi-channel audio, reducing cable clutter and simplifying connections. The 7.5 m length allows for flexible routing behind furniture or through entertainment cabinets without the need for extenders or repeaters in typical home and office setups. Standard Type A connectors ensure broad compatibility with TVs, monitors, projectors, media players and consoles.

Suitable for

• Connecting a TV to a Blu-ray player, media streamer or set-top box at a distance
• Linking a monitor or projector to a desktop PC or laptop in a living room or meeting room
• Home cinema systems where the source and display are separated by several metres
• Gaming consoles positioned away from the display for flexible room layout

Key specifications

• Cable length: 7.5 m
• Connectors: HDMI Type A male to HDMI Type A male
• Colour: Black
• Signal type: Digital audio and video transmission

How to use

Plug one HDMI Type A connector into the HDMI output of the source device and the other connector into the HDMI input of the display device. Ensure both devices are powered and set the display input to the corresponding HDMI port. For best results, route the cable to avoid tight bends and keep it away from high-power electrical cables. If devices do not detect a signal, try reseating the connectors and verifying input selection on the display.

Recommendations

For stable performance, avoid sharply bending the cable and secure excess length with soft cable ties. If using a long run with 4K@60Hz or HDR content, verify that connected devices support the required formats and settings. In wall installations or permanent routing, use cable management solutions that preserve the cable's bend radius and protect connectors from strain.
