Herlitz 10468577 Privacy Screen Cover

The Herlitz 10468577 sheet protector is made of clear polypropylene (PP) designed to safeguard A4 documents from dirt, moisture and mechanical wear. Each pack includes 50 transparent pockets that slide over single sheets to preserve original documents, printed pages and loose sheets. The open-top design combined with reinforced punched edge enables smooth handling and safe storage in standard A4 binders and folders.

Advantages

These sheet protectors offer tear-resistant material and a smooth surface that reduces friction when inserting or removing pages. Transparency preserves readability and colour accuracy of printed content while the thin but durable polypropylene keeps documents flat and protected without adding bulk. Reinforced punched edge improves durability when used in frequently accessed binders.

Suitable for

• Protecting A4 reports, certificates and invoices
• Organising training materials and handouts
• Storing photographs, brochures and flyers
• Archiving important paperwork in binders

Key specifications

• Material: polypropylene (PP)
• Format compatibility: A4 documents
• Pack quantity: 50 sheet protectors
• Transparency: clear/transparent
• Edge type: punched/reinforced edge for binder use
• Opening: top-open pocket

How to use

Slide a single A4 sheet into a protector from the open top so the document lies flat within the pocket. Align the punched edge with the rings of an A4 binder and insert evenly to avoid stress on the reinforcement. For best results, place only one double-sided document per pocket to prevent impression transfer and to keep pages readable. Close handling and regular checks are recommended for items stored long-term.

Recommendations

Store protectors in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to avoid warping. When filing frequently used documents, use the reinforced edge to reduce tearing and avoid overfilling binder rings to maintain longevity of both the pockets and contents.
