Herlitz 10843746 A4 clear sleeve

The Herlitz 10843746 A4 sheet protector is a transparent polypropylene sleeve designed to hold standard A4 documents (210 x 297 mm). Produced for general document storage, this pack contains 100 clear pockets that shield papers from dirt, moisture and handling wear while maintaining full visibility of printed content. The sleeves are suitable for use in ring binders and filing systems where preservation and quick access to documents are required.

Advantages

Made from durable polypropylene (PP), these sheet protectors provide reliable resistance to tearing and moisture while remaining thin and flexible for easy handling. The transparency preserves readability and color fidelity of inserted pages. The pockets are pre-cut to A4 size for a snug fit and are compatible with standard two- and four-ring binder configurations. A pack of 100 ensures an economical supply for offices, schools or personal filing needs.

Suitable for

Key specifications

• Format compatibility: A4 (210 x 297 mm)
• Material: polypropylene (PP)
• Color: transparent/clear
• Quantity in pack: 100 sheet protectors
• Sidedness: open on top (top-loading) for easy insertion and removal
• Binder compatibility: suitable for standard ring binders and folders

How to use

Insert an A4 sheet into the protector by sliding the paper into the top-open pocket until it sits flat and aligned. Place the protected sheet into a ring binder by inserting the punched margin into the binder rings or use in storage files and folders as needed. For best results, avoid overfilling a single pocket with multiple thick sheets to maintain a flat presentation and to reduce stress on the film and binder rings.

Recommendations

Store the sheet protectors in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent warping or discoloration. When filing, distribute weight evenly in binders and do not force the rings closed if pages are misaligned. Use these protectors for documents that require frequent viewing or handling to extend their lifespan and keep them clean.
