Herlitz 50009121 Polypropylene (PP) Yellow A4 File Binder

The Herlitz 50009121 Polypropylene (PP) Yellow A4 folder is a lightweight document pocket designed to store and protect A4 papers. Constructed from durable polypropylene, this folder provides a balance of flexibility and strength to shield documents from creasing, moisture and everyday wear. Packaged in a set of 10, the vivid yellow colour helps with fast visual identification and systematic filing in schools, offices or home workspaces.

Advantages

The polypropylene material offers resistance to tearing and moisture while remaining thin and lightweight for easy handling. The A4 format matches standard paper sizes for direct insertion without folding. A bright yellow finish improves visibility in stacks and shelves, and the flexible construction allows the folder to accommodate varied paper thicknesses without buckling. Sold in multi-packs, it reduces the need for frequent repurchasing and supports consistent organisation.

Suitable for

• School documents and homework folders
• Office filing and meeting handouts
• Home paperwork and personal records
• Project portfolios and presentations

Key specifications

• Material: polypropylene (PP)
• Size: A4 (suitable for standard A4 paper)
• Colour: yellow
• Pack quantity: 10 folders per pack
• Design: flexible single-pocket document folder

How to use

Slide A4 sheets directly into the folder pocket ensuring edges align with the folder opening. For thicker stacks, insert smaller batches to prevent overfilling and maintain the folder shape. Store folders upright in racks or flat in drawers; avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to preserve colour intensity. Clean the surface with a soft damp cloth if needed and allow to dry before storing documents inside.

Recommendations

Use separate coloured folders to create a visual filing system (for example: yellow for active projects, blue for archived documents). Do not store extremely wet or oily items inside the polypropylene pocket. Replace folders that show significant warping or tears to ensure ongoing document protection.
