Herlitz 50044030 Ring Binder A4 Multicolour Polypropylene

The Herlitz A4 ring binder in multicolour polypropylene is a durable document organiser designed for storing and protecting A4 papers. Constructed from tear-resistant polypropylene, this binder provides reliable protection against spills and everyday wear. Its multicolour finish adds visual clarity for quick identification of subjects or projects while maintaining a slim profile suitable for shelves and backpacks.

Advantages

This ring binder offers stable document binding with a secure metal ring mechanism that aligns pages precisely and reduces shifting. The polypropylene cover is moisture-resistant and easy to wipe clean, while the lightweight construction keeps overall weight low for transport. The multicolour design supports simple visual categorisation and helps differentiate folders at a glance.

Suitable for

• Storing A4 homework, notes and worksheets
• Organising reports and project documents in offices
• Keeping manuals, catalogues and reference materials tidy
• Archiving invoices, receipts and administrative paperwork

Recommendations

For best organisation, group related documents and use divider tabs or coloured sheet protectors to take advantage of the multicolour design. Avoid overfilling beyond the ring capacity to maintain smooth opening and closing.
