HERMA 19323 Conventional Document Folder

The HERMA 19323 is a conventional file folder made from durable polypropylene (PP). Designed for A4 documents, the folder measures 240 mm in width and 320 mm in height, providing full coverage and protection for standard sheets. The folder comes in multiple colours, offering a practical option for sorting and identifying documents in home, office or school settings. Each pack contains one folder suitable for everyday document storage and transport.

Advantages

The polypropylene construction provides resistance to tearing and moisture, ensuring documents remain intact and protected. The compact size and A4 compatibility make it simple to store inside drawers, briefcases, and backpacks. Colour variations assist with quick visual sorting and filing. The lightweight material keeps carrying weight minimal while still offering structural stability for single or small stacks of papers.

How to use

Insert A4 documents into the folder by aligning paper edges with the folder opening and sliding sheets inside until they are fully covered. Use the coloured exterior to label or code folders by subject, client or date for easier retrieval. Store the folder flat or upright on a shelf depending on available space and the amount of content. For transport, place the folder in a bag or briefcase to prevent bending.

Recommendations

The folder is suitable for light to moderate document loads; avoid overfilling to prevent warping. Clean the polypropylene surface with a soft, damp cloth and avoid chemical solvents. Use colour coding to maintain an organised filing system and replace the folder when signs of wear reduce protection.
