How to use

Slide A3 sheets into the folder ensuring the edges align with the open side to prevent slipping. Store the folder vertically in shelving or horizontally in drawers to avoid bending contents. For transportation, place the folder inside a briefcase or portfolio to add extra protection against pressure and moisture. Clean the surface with a soft damp cloth and mild detergent if necessary.

Recommendations

For long-term storage, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and very high temperatures to prevent color fading and deformation. Use color-coded folders to organize documents by project or subject for faster retrieval.
