HERMA 19794 A3 Multicolour Cardboard Folder

The HERMA 19794 A3 folder is a sturdy cardboard folder designed to hold pictures, sketch pads and other A3-format papers. It measures approximately 335 mm × 440 mm and secures contents with three interior printed flaps and an elastic corner strap to protect sheets from kinks, dust and dirt. The folder includes an index and a name field at the bottom for easy identification. The multicolour design features a children’s motif with the caterpillar Frieda and her friends, making the folder suitable for kindergarten and school use. The cardboard surface is durable and easy to wipe clean from food or drink stains.

Advantages

The folder combines sturdy cardboard construction with practical closure elements — three interior flaps and an elastic corner strap — to keep A3 papers flat and protected. An integrated index and name field prevent mix-ups in group settings. The wipeable surface increases durability and makes the folder easy to maintain. Its compact, lightweight design allows it to be carried under the arm or inside a larger bag.

How to use

Place A3 sheets or sketch pads inside the folder, position them against the interior flaps and secure the corner with the elastic strap. Write the child’s name or other identifying information in the name field at the bottom of the folder. Carry the folder under the arm or store it in a larger bag for transport between home and kindergarten or school.

Recommendations

To prolong the life of the folder, avoid prolonged exposure to moisture and wipe off food or drink stains with a damp cloth; do not submerge the folder in water. Use the index and name field to label contents clearly when multiple children’s folders are stored together.
