HERMA 7142 A3 Polypropylene (PP) Folder Multi-Coloured

The HERMA 7142 A3 folder is made from durable polypropylene (PP) and designed to store and protect larger documents. Its A3 format accommodates posters, presentations and oversized sheets while the multicolour design helps with quick visual identification. The folder is lightweight and flexible yet sufficiently sturdy to shield contents from creasing, moisture and everyday handling, making it suitable for offices, schools and mobile use.

Advantages

The polypropylene construction provides tear resistance and moisture protection while remaining flexible for easy insertion and removal of papers. The A3 size offers extra capacity compared with standard formats, and the multicolour finish allows simple colour-coding of files. The product balances protection and portability: it is light enough to carry while robust enough to reduce wear on documents during storage and transport.

Suitable for

• Storing A3 drawings, plans and posters
• Organising presentation materials and reports
• Transporting oversized documents between home, office and classroom
• Colour-coding project files and archival folders

Key specifications

• Material: polypropylene (PP)
• Format: A3 suitable for sheets up to 329 × 483 mm
• Finish: multicolour design for visual organisation
• Weight characteristics: lightweight and flexible construction
• Protection: tear-resistant and moisture-resistant surface

How to use

Open the folder and place documents flat inside, aligning edges with the folder’s sides to prevent folding or creasing. Use the multicolour option to separate projects or subjects by assigning a colour to each category. For transport, close the folder and place it in a portfolio, bag or shelf; avoid overfilling to maintain shape and protective properties. Clean with a soft damp cloth if necessary and store flat or upright to preserve the polypropylene structure.

Recommendations

For optimal longevity, avoid exposure to direct sunlight for extended periods and do not store heavy objects on top of the folder to prevent deformation. Use colour-coding to speed up retrieval and pair with labelled inner sleeves for additional categorisation.
