InLine 16-port patch panel, keystone blank panel with 3 holders, 19 inch, 1U, black

The InLine 16-way patch panel Keystone empty panel 19" 1U black is an empty keystone patch panel intended for small wall-mounted and floor-standing network distributors. It provides 16 keystone openings in a standard 19-inch, 1U form factor with a black, RAL-compatible finish. Three integrated brackets simplify cable routing and reduce the need for an additional cable management unit; keystone-compatible network and multimedia modules can be mounted in the openings as required.

Advantages

This empty patch panel offers a compact 1U footprint with 16 keystone ports and three built-in brackets for straightforward cable guidance. The standard 19-inch design and RAL-compatible colour ensure compatibility with common racks and cabinets. The keystone openings allow flexible integration of network and multimedia modules, enabling customized port configurations without occupying extra rack units.

How to use

Mount the panel into a standard 19-inch rack or cabinet occupying one U of rack space. Insert keystone-compatible modules (network jacks, multimedia inserts) into the 16 openings as required and terminate cabling on the rear side of the modules. Use the three integrated brackets to route and secure cables, reducing strain on terminations and keeping cabling organized.

Recommendations

For best results, select keystone modules that match your cabling standard (e.g., RJ45 for Ethernet) and follow proper termination and testing procedures. Avoid overloading the panel's U-space by planning port density and use the built-in brackets to maintain bend radius and cable management.
