How to use

Fit the 1/4" E 6.3 shank into the hex chuck of the cordless screwdriver or into a compatible adapter. Mark the centre point on the wood, position the hole saw, and start drilling at low speed to establish the cut. Increase speed gradually while maintaining steady pressure until the hole is complete. Remove the hole saw and clear any wood chips from the cutter before the next use.

Recommendations

Use appropriate protective equipment such as safety glasses and hearing protection. For best results in wood, clamp the workpiece securely and use steady, moderate feed pressure; avoid forcing the tool to prolong life of the cutters. Match the hole diameter to the downlighter or fixture specification before cutting.
