Zebra 105999-704 printer cleaning sheet

The Zebra 105999-704 printer cleaning sheet is a single-use cleaning consumable designed for thermal transfer and direct thermal printers. It removes dust, adhesive residues and particulate contaminants from print heads and platen rollers to restore consistent media contact and improve label and barcode clarity. The white cleaning sheet is lint-free and formulated to minimize residue while being safe for common print head materials.

Advantages

The cleaning sheet simplifies routine maintenance by providing a quick, dry method to lift debris from delicate print elements without disassembly. Regular use reduces the frequency of failed prints, banding and smudging, supporting more reliable output. Its lint-minimizing composition and compatibility with thermal print heads help lower the risk of abrasive wear or chemical damage compared with improvised cleaning materials.
