How to use

Place the storage box on a stable surface or shelf. Insert documents upright or flat depending on their size and the way you prefer to retrieve them. Use external labeling on the box side or lid to indicate contents, date ranges or project names for faster access. When stacking multiple boxes, align edges and ensure weight is distributed evenly to maintain stability.

Recommendations

For longest service life, keep the box away from prolonged exposure to moisture and direct sunlight. Use dividers or inner folders to separate categories of documents and avoid overfilling; this helps preserve both the contents and the box shape. Replace the box when structural wear becomes noticeable to maintain safe and secure storage.
